update
okay, i should have realized that was memorial day weekend. probably not the best. up on jordan's comment, lets consider the 18th (a week from this sunday). if that does not work then maybe the memorial day weekend (the 25th) may work for those of us who are here. if not, its is on to june. that may or may not be okay regarding the other things that need to be getting worked on. comment please.

Sorry, guys, but I am out on the 18th (I have to be in Detroit for my last Montessori Weekend) and out on Memorial Day weekend.
But Savoir Vivre anyway.
Maybe I can take a few at my house and work on them or something.
Please consider the following:
Full-On Event Promo should begin Sat., June 7th
[Tickets designed/printed/distributed to all Starbucks Stores and to each of us-Flyer designed, printed and distributed to all Starbucks Stores and all over town-Media coverage arranged for TV, Radio & Print]
We have four weeks to get these things done.
In addition to these things we must nail down the venue asap.
I beleive we will need to have all computers ready by June 30th to be safe. I don't imagine most people being available around July 4th and the following Friday is the event.
I would like to propose each of us doing 10 computers on our own. We could meet at the storage location on Sunday nites and get a few each time over the course of the next few weeks?
We do need to be working in the here & now as opposed to a couple weeks out. We don't have the luxury of waiting that long to move on things.
realistically how many could we get done in a night, with all six of us?
